STUDIO RENTALS

STUDIOS AVAILABLE FOR RENT

Get involved in your local art scene!  ŸWe accept Contemporary visual artists in all media.  A Portfolio Review is required.  Artists must be age 21+.  Studio artists have access to their studios 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. K Space Art Studios are open monthly for the downtown ArtWalk.

Ÿ Costs: Deposit (= last month’s rent)  due when signing Rental Agreement/Lease

  • Ÿ  $50/mo. half space size 8’x16’
  • Ÿ  $90/mo. full space size 16’x16′

To Apply if you have a website or images online:

To Apply if you do not have a website:

Ÿ  Submit CD/DVD with resume, bio, & 10-20 images of artwork

Ÿ  Include email address and phone number

Ÿ  Mail or Drop off at 415D Starr Street (downtown)
