WigOut is K Space Contemporary’s signature fundraiser in which all guests are required to wear a wig, hat or otherwise fanciful head-gear or head-sculpture. This year’s theme is “Cirque du Wig – Get your Wig On!” The party includes a silent auction, Goodie Bag Raffle (in the past the luckiest has won Southwest Airline tickets), Photobooth, living painted sculptures, live art, food, drinks, dancing and perhaps some circus-inspired performances.

This is truly a FUN-raiser. Some called the 2012 WigOut, “the best party in town.” Funds raised will support K Space Contemporary’s Summer Art Adventures Education Programs, Exhibition Programming, and Keep Corpus Christi Colorful Mural Program.

K Space Contemporary, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is the only art space in South Texas that focuses on and showcases international contemporary art. Proceeds will help fund our programs such as “Summer Art Adventures”, our art camps for youth, and “Keep Corpus Christi Colorful”, a program in which K-Space designs and paints murals in the Downtown area.

WigOut Tickets are $75. Some tickets will be available at the door on a first come first serve basis.

For tickets purchased after April 9th: Your tickets will not be mailed to you. Simply check in at the door by providing your name – the attendant will have a list of PayPal purchasers and give you your ticket(s). Bring your PayPal receipt as your proof of purchase.
