Can You Feel it Now?,

May 1st - June 5th 2020

My artwork is created using an original technique that synthesizes the artistry of design and photography. I work with natural forms to create surreal environments in which my photos are assembled into the spaces and patterns of my designs. In this piece, I’ve added video footage to enhance the experience and offer a moment of quiet and relaxation and a chance to escape into a positive oasis.

Pyramids are a symbol of secret and lost knowledge, of things unknown. This artwork is from “The Other Side Collection” which features partially submerged pyramids. The series is as much about the seen as the unseen. The multifaceted structures represent shifting and dual realities. Perhaps they can remind us that things are not always what they appear on the surface and while we can’t see the other side, we will arrive there.

I’ve recently added several new cinemagraphs to my collections. They can be viewed on my site: (lesliekell.com), on IGTV (@lesliekell), and YouTube (KellCreative). I suggest a comfortable chair, full-screen viewing. Sit back and take a break for a few minutes.
